Service Highlights

Family Service Association provides a wide array of services from Anger Management to Housing

Children

  • After School Program: Provided by our Cabazon Community Center for children ages 8-12

  • Child Care: Provided by our 10 Child Development Centers for children ages 0-5

  • Case management (Home Visitation/DR Program): Parent training curriculum and case management for parents with children 0-5 years old

  • Mental health services for children under 18 years of age (CHAT): Mental health services for people 18 years or younger who are negatively impacted by trauma from child abuse, directly or indirectly.

  • Therapy for children between the ages of 0-5 and residing in Riverside County (Kids 1st) : Services aimed to increase early childhood social competence and decrease the development of disruptive behavior disorders; also offered to caregivers of children with disabilities or special needs.

 

Adults

  • Parenting Education: A 12 week parenting education class

  • Older Adults Program Services: Targets the elderly population who are at risk of developing some condition that would jeopardize their health

  • Home Visitation/DR Program: Parent training and intensive case management for parents/caregivers with children ages 0-5

  • Family Visitation and Support Center: Monthly interactive and observational visits for children and parents to provide skills for successful reunification

  • Meals for Seniors: Provided at select Senior Centers, for a complete list please click here.

  • Meal delivery for eligible homebound Seniors: provide in select areas of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

  • Tax prep and Legal Assistance

  • Health Education

  • Bingo and Bunco

Community

  • After School Program: Provided by our Cabazon Center for children ages 8-12

  • Arts & Crafts Classes: Classes such as crochet, cake decorating, singing and many others are offered at our 4 Community/Senior Centers

  • Exercise Classes

  • Emergency Food Assistance

  • Senior Nutrition: Provided at all 4 of our Community/Senior Centers

  • Mobile Clinic (blood and blood sugar checks, general medical exams and health screenings)*
