A Bright Start for Your Child
FSA provides high-quality child development services for families with young children across ten centers in Riverside County. We serve infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in safe, engaging environments. Most families qualify for free or low-cost services, making quality early education readily accessible.
Our centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

What We Offer
FSA’s Child Development Centers help children learn and grow in a caring, fun environment. Our programs support social, emotional, and physical development, giving every child the skills and confidence to succeed in school and beyond.
Infant Care
For infants twelve weeks and older
Select centers welcome infants starting at twelve weeks old. Our experienced teachers provide individualized care that supports each baby’s growth.
Toddler Care
For children ages 18 months to 2 years
Our toddler classrooms encourage curiosity and independence through hands-on play and learning. Caring teachers guide children as they explore, build social skills, and develop language.
Preschool
For children ages 3 to 5 years
Our preschool programs prepare children for kindergarten and beyond through creative learning, play, and exploration. Teachers focus on early literacy, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.
How To Access Services
We know every family’s situation is different, so we make getting started simple.
Eligibility:
- Serving children from infancy to age 5
- Open to all families, with priority for low-income households
- Affordable and subsidized options available
